DataFinx is operated by MomentumQ GmbH, Leutschenbachstrasse 95, 8050 Zurich, Switzerland (UID CHE-222.957.350) — see the Impressum. It provides analytics over financial fundamentals sourced from public SEC EDGAR XBRL filings, plus AI-assisted research tools. It is an informational and analytical product. By using DataFinx you agree to these terms.
Nothing in DataFinx constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors. You are solely responsible for decisions you make.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Free accounts include a monthly allowance of AI requests. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled; you can manage or cancel anytime from the billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you supply your own model API key, you are responsible for those costs.
Do not abuse, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or quotas; do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
Fundamentals originate from SEC EDGAR. AI features are powered by third-party model providers. Their terms and availability may affect the service. AI-assisted output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or fabricated ("hallucinated"); it is not verified by us, is not advice, and must be independently verified before you rely on it.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MomentumQ GmbH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid (in CHF) in the prior 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Swiss law, in particular liability for unlawful intent or gross negligence (Art. 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations) or for personal injury. Past performance is not an indicator of future results; investments involve risk, including the possible total loss of capital, and use of the information is at your own risk.
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection venue.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Questions: info@momentumq.com.
